1. Acceptance of these terms

By using PDFCRAFT.SHOP you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

2. What the service does

PDFCRAFT.SHOP provides browser-based utilities for working with PDF files, images and documents. Processing takes place on your own device. We provide the tools as they are and do not store, copy or archive the files you process.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the tools for content you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or automate it in a way that degrades service for others.
  • Do not use the tools to create fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or misrepresent authorship or origin.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell or rebrand the service without written permission.

4. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for the files you open and the results you produce. Keep your own backups before modifying an important document, and verify any output that matters before relying on it.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted output will be identical in layout to your original file.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFCRAFT.SHOP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by PDFCRAFT.SHOP. Open-source libraries used to power the tools remain under their own licences. You may use the tools freely, but you may not present them as your own product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
